If you want to train MMA and you’re too old & injured to compete, or if you’re a sensible person who doesn’t like getting punched in the nose, then an MMA fitness competition/test will give you something to train for.

Here’s the first one –

20 x stand up technique

20 x chest to chest sweeps

20 x hip hop mount escape technique

20 x sit throughs

20 x front kicks (10 each side)

20 x side kicks (10 each side)

20 x skip knees (5 and then reset, 5 reset, 5 reset, 5 reset)

5 x sprawls

30 x straight punches

50 uppercuts
